We offer competitive pay and benefits. Local Drivers can make up to $105,000 or more per year, Over the Road Drivers can make up to $115,000 or more per
year, and Independent Contractors can make up to $275,000 or more per year. Ultimately, it depends on each driver and how much they really want to make.

For Company drivers, Target Energy, LLC offers an exclusive medical package. This becomes available after a 90-Day probationary period and includes: Life Insurance (Paid by the Company with no charge to you), Health Insurance (Employee/Employee + Family: Determined by Age), Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Short Term Disability, Bay Bridge (Cancer Insurance) and Additional Life Insurance.
The next step would be to get the application filled out and bring back into the office. Once your application is reviewed, we will reach out to you with next steps. Requirements for next steps will include providing your Driver's License, Medical Form and Twic Card.
